Help: How Quickly Orders Ship

All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipments are only delivered on business days.

If your order contains Special Order items, processing times may be extended. In order to prevent mark-up prices to you, we reduce our costs by ordering directly from the manufacturing warehouse. When these special order items are purchased, it can take up to two to three weeks (noted on the product page) for the product to be shipped to us before it can be shipped out to you. If you are ordering multiple items, you may want to order the special order item(s) separately in order to prevent the delay of the rest of the order.
