not right fit I have a pair of these Nikes already and love them, but this pair was shipped "narrow" which is not what i wanted and I was not informed at checkout that they were narrow. I need to return them. Hopefully the process is easy.

Great Shoe I have been putting some pretty good miles in Iraq, but my feet and knees were starting to hurt. I purchased these shoes based on my previous experience with Nike running shoes (they generally fit me well). I have increased my miles and both my feet and my knees have responded well to the new shoes. I have a high arch and I feel plenty of support over sometimes rough roads. I will definitely order another pair of these shoes.

The men's Air Structure Triax is the only running shoe I use. It is the only running shoe I search for! Fits perfect with my arch, does not wear down quickly and holds the ankle so running is effortless! Try it...your feet will love you for it.

Great shoe for a great price !! Comfortable shoe @ a great price. I have been wearing Asics 2100 series and was disappointed w/ the cushioning, or lack there of. I purchased these for $25 less than I would have paid for the Asics and they appear to have the right cushioning for me (180#).

First time Nike buyer and I'm impressed When shopping for my latest pair of running shoes at my local running store, the sales person suggested I try the Nike Structure Triax. Being a larger frame runner with a wide toe box, Nike has never made a shoe to accomodate me. This shoe is great. Very comfortable with enough roominess in the toe box. Way more comfortable than the bulky, blocky styles I usually wear. Not sure how they will hold up, I avg about 25 miles per week and try to get 300 miles from each pair of shoes - so far I have about 200 miles on them. These feel like they may not quite make it to 300.

Good Shoe I tried on some Air Structure Triax shoes a few models back but found them too stiff. The Triax X is a big improvement from the previous models. They are light and feature much better cushioning. Since I wear stability shoes it is not always easy to find these type of shoes with good cushioning.

Excellent Support I never could wear Nike shoes, but when I was looking for a motion control shoe to help with a plantar fasciitis problem, this was recommended. And it felt great! Better than the New Balance and Saucony shoes I usually wear. I use these primarily for long distance (800 miles ) backpacking, and they have worked very well. Nike has totally changed their last, so try these even if Nike has never worked for you.

Great Shoes I received these as a gift and I love them. They are light and grip the feet as well as track. The toe box is wider and there is good arch support as well as reflectors for night time running. They are iPod compatible (but then, so are most things these days...)
I like the website videos of products - helps make
Great Buy.

Great Nike running shoe I've loved every Nike shoe they've had. Either strictly for running or for casual wear. I have the Triax 9, but this new version is even better in my opinion. Extremely comfortable for my big frame, great arch support. Unlike the Triax 9, there is a bit more prominent pronation support. The 10 is less of it. I at times use my iPod together with my Triax. I will eventually get me another pair in a different color.
Altrec, thank you for the quick shipment. you definitely have a returning customer in me.

Great Running Shoe The shoes look great and provide ample support. I normally wear Asiscs, but this shoe may bring me back to Nike again. I highly recommend these shoes.

Good shoes Feel quick and lightweight, always a plus. Can feel a bit of extra support on the inside of my heel, which I suspect will decrease as they break in. Lacing is good, doesn't get too tight in any particular areas; so my foot doesn't get worn out from circulation issues.

Buy this shoe! I've worn Air Structure Triax for over the last 10 years and haven't found a better combination of fit, comfort and stability in any shoe. They are absolutely the best!

A very happy customer This is a great shoe - I've been a New Balance shoe wearer for 4 years and have been less impressed by their offering in recent years. ALthough I have run several marathons as well as one Ironman in them!
The Nike van was at a running clinic and they had the Triax in my size (12.5). I tried them on - went for a 16 mile run and and they felt great.
Unfortunately when I tried to buy a pair I could not find my size in any retail stores in Canada but lucky for me Altrec not only had the shoe in my size but they deliver to Canada. Running shoes are also very expensive in Canada - I saved over $70 by buying them from the US (even after the shipping charges, the exchange, customs duties and other canadian taxes).
