Infuse a distinct and delicious flavor into your wilderness meals with this Outdoor Research Backcountry Kitchen 4 storage system. Add your favorite oils and spices and you have a complete compact pantry for you and three other hikers, climbers, campers or paddling enthusiasts. The Outdoor Research Backcountry Kitchen 4 includes four sets of Lexan polycarbonate cutlery that weigh far less than traditional metal nested silverware. A lightweight wire whisk and Lexan polycarbonate spatula make cooking eggs and preparing pancakes far easier than fork and camping knife compromises. This set also includes a few extra items not found in the smaller Backcountry Kitchen 2, including a scrubber sponge, cutting board and six small pill vials for garlic cloves, leafy spices and other flavorful ingredients. Just don't forget to use the convenient hanging hook to store this kit with the rest of your food supply on the nearest bear wire.
