Sizing ChartPatagonia Men's Duck Pants (Discontinued)
Redesigned with three inseam lengths, Patagonia's Duck Pants feature classic flat-front styling in a regular fit. In front you'll find slanted hand pockets and in back there's plenty of room for your wallet in one of the two welted, button-through pockets. The 10.5-oz. basket weave canvas material is durable and excellent for impromptu play, but the garment washed finish eliminates the hassles of breaking in the fabric.

I would rather be wearing shorts but living in the Northeast means pulling on some long pants eventually. Patagonia's Duck Pants have been my favorite for years. They wear well and feel great. And seem to always look appropiate. It's no wonder they're hard to keep in stock.

I've been wearing the Patagonia Duck Pant for years and I've been paying a taylor to shorten the hem. It is about time Patagonia started selling the pant with a 30 in inseam. I'll keep buying them. They are comfortable and wear like iron.

The patagonia duck pants aren't technical nor fad-centered. It is a blend of durability, comfort, and nice looks. Though it may be on the pricey side, it is an investment of sorts. Something that is refined enough to wear on casual Fridays, yet tough enough to wear hiking. Plus has the feel like it will last a long time...this, of course, remains to be seen. However, if this pair of pants are like other patagonia products, then it will stand the test of time. Great pants.

Seems like they run a little large in the waist but much better looking and comfortable than denim any day of the week. Great for bird hunting and welding. They take all kinds of abuse and yet they are very comfortable to wear.

These are great, buy 2- but careful on the Marl tan, they run bigger than marked at least in the 36's- this seems true in a few other friend's cases as well- they fit like 38's- otherwise, perfect!
Eric - 2006-10-02Sturdy Pants, Tricky to order
I love these pants, very rugged, no nonsense, rougher fabric then I would have expected, but quite sturdy. I had trouble ordering these pants as all you can choose is the waist. Patagonia claims that these pants come in three different lengths, but Altrec didn't show that option, so I had them hemmed locally, not a big deal. I love these and I wear them to work on days where I know that dressier clothes would get ruined, and these take a beating and still look nice.
