Sizing ChartPatagonia Men's Guide Pants
Patagonia®'s time-honored go-anywhere and do-anything stretch-woven pants now offer improved stretch recovery and shape retention. They're just as breathable and weather- and abuse-resistant as before, and have the same soft, brushed interior for next-to-skin comfort. The clean, low-bulk waistband and belt loops won't interfere with a harness, and the gusseted bottom cuffs have flap-protected 10" reverse-coil DWR (durable water repellent) zippers, scuff guards, gripper-elastic and tie-down loops (to seal out snow). The glued-on thigh pocket closes with a glued-in, reverse-coil DWR zipper. We also glue in the reverse-coil DWR zippered hand pockets. With a two-way fly (men's) for easier harness-wearing relief, and a redesigned, trim fit that allows for light underlayers. Imported. Deluge® DWRPatagonia?s proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.

- Rear reverse-coil Deluge® DWR zippered stash pocket; Articulated seat and knees
- Single, glued-on thigh pocket seals with a lightweight, glued-in, reverse-coil Deluge® DWR zipper for light weight and a clean finish; 500-denier, wrap-around ankle guards withstand abuse
- Bottom cuffs have 10" gusseted side zippers for pulling pants on over boots, with two snap positions for the protective zipper-covering flap: one for when the zipper and gusset are closed, the other when open; Cuffs also have gripper elastic and loops for attaching an under-the-heel cord, to securely snug over boots

When a lightweight pant is too little protection, this pant fills the need. Its rugged construction, large belt loops (that can hold a wide web climbing belt) and the most comfortable interior lining I've ever experienced, this pant is my first and only choice.

So far these pants have been great. The repel water as if they were waterproof. In fact, I havn't been able to wet them out yet. Extremely comfortable. I can see myself spending a week straight in these pants and still loving them.

These pants will save your skin climbing the gritty sharps of your favorite rock and then tempt you to wear then as super comfy PJ's at day's end. I've used these riding the horse, tearing up the garden and the house, hiking on all but the hottest days, back and cross country skiing (thanks to their internal gaitor) and they breathe like crazy. These suckers will get you, happily, through all but a deluge. ...if they only converted to shorts...

These pants rocked! They are very comfortable and have a great 4 way stretch! I put them on and was not afraid to wear them all day long at the mountain and then keep them on to go out and meet some friends at a coffee shop. The only neg. is that they are thin so in midwinter I would hesitate to wear them all day skiing. Two thumbs up if I had one more thumb I would put it up to!
