Great!!! My mother was the recipient of the down booties for Christmas. She told me they fit perfect and with her varicose veins these booties will help her get thru the winter in N.E. Pennsylvania with alot less pain!!

Cozy Slippers Great slipper booties - very warm and cozy and the durable bottom allows for a quick walk outside to get the morning paper too. Great for camping.

Fabulous! These were a gift to my significant other, she loves them. I think I'll be getting a pair myself. The outer soles are nicely textured for traction (unlike other brands). The drawstring closure is a nice feature too...they stay up high on the ankle/lower leg.

Sierra Designs Booties Very warm and comfortable. Good for around the house or hanging out at camp. Probably wouldn't want to wear these if you are walking around alot.

Fantastic Slippers! I bought a pair of these booties for myself and my spouse for Christmas. I couldn't be happier with them. They have a nice cushion footbed and the sleeping bag style keeps your feet toasty warm. I highly recommend them.

Great product These booties are wonderful! They are sooo warm and comfortable. I like the elastic around the ankle to keep them in place. I also bought a pair for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Initially she wanted me to return them, but once she saw me wearing mine, she put hers on and has not taken them off.

keeps your feet warm Takes a bit getting use to as the bottom of it is hard...it won't feel warm right away, but would definitely trap heat over time and you won't want to get out of it in the morning.

Great all-around Got pairs for self and husband and am now buying as gifts for the whole family. The down is light as air, feet are toasty, and the thick foam footbed is cushiony yet very stable. We've even worn ours outside to walk the dog, get paper, etc- very versatile.

The best I have had many pairs of slippers but none compare with these. they are warm and comfortable. The bottoms are nonslip and you can even walk outside with them on. They keep your feet toasty but not overheated. I wear mine all day and night at home and will probably buy another pair to have because they get so much wear. With or without socks, these will keep even the colest feet warm in homes, cabins, tents, or wherever you may be.

Five big stars for these "Moon Slippers". They may not be sleek but they're the best I have worn and, in the freezing cold winters of Upstate, NY, I need something that will keep my feet warm from September until May and beyond.

Great, warm boots! Excellent price and quality I went camping for the first time and was so nervous about having cold feet. (If my feet get cold, its hard to get them warm, and then I can't sleep.) We camped just off the beach in Santa Barbara and I put my boots on around 5 p.m while my feet were still warm but just starting to get cold. I wore my boots until midnight, at which time I went to bed with very warm feet. They stayed warm all night and I was so happy with the performance of these booties (I wore ski socks inside them and slept in the ski socks.) The only funny thing is that they are wide and flat looking, kind of like muppet feet. I was the butt of a lot of jokes on our group campout but could care less...because...at midnight I went to bed with toasty little feet.

Super comfortable These are great, they are my alternative for wearing slippers in the house when it gets too cold. They keep warm and are comfortable enough to sleep in and you can keep the thermostat lower.
They feel great, walking around in the house and I wear them when I'm sitting at the computer and don't have to wear a sweater to keep warm.

keeps my feet toasty warm ...its exactly what i was looking for. slips on easily and warms my feet up FAST! ...too warm at times and my feet get sweaty so socks are advisable. In addition to the drawstring, there is an inner elastic which i found to be a litle snug. i purchased the small and i have teeny-tiny ankles ankles/bones so for me to say it is snug, says alot. but it's fine for me and i have no complaints. these booties are definitely for indoor use unless you like the feeling of twigs and stones beneath your feet. great for the plane, great for the house. i'm happy.

Great for backcountry ski trips I just took these down booties on a ski tour and used them in huts and to walk around in the snow (for outhouse visits) and they were great! They kept my feet warm and comfy, and the non-slip bottom did not slip on the snow (although on the wet hut floor, I had to be very careful not to slip). I also appreciated the fact that they packed down quite small. Other reviewers mentioned the elastic around the ankle being too tight, but I don't find it a problem for me. The only thing not going for them is that, although fashionable in backcountry ski huts, they look kind of goofy when you're at home. And they're so cozy and comfy, you'll probably wear them at home too.

Great warmth and light weight These booties are extremely warm without being too heavy. In fact they're very light due to the down-fill construction. The non-skid tread is a nice feature and the soles themselves have a nice soft feel. The only thing that prevents these booties from getting a 5 star rating is the ankle band within the lining - NOT the drawcord enclosure at the top of the bootie. This band is actually placed lower down on the ankle. You can't see it in pictures. It's not the worst thing and not terribly tight but I would prefer it were not there. This feature should be included in the description.

Finally! I didn't think my feet were ever going to warm up this winter! I could not be happier in these booties. I've had them on for 1 hour and I couldn't be more pleased... and warm. I wish the foot bed was little softer but I'm happy with just warm. I followed the recommendation to go a size larger and it was perfect advice.

Very warm and cozy but tight ankle I really do love these booties. I put them on as soon as I got them and now don't take them off from the minute I get home. I even wear them to bed. For someone who is never warm, these are really a great item to have. The only problem I have with the booties is that the elastic band inside around the ankle is very tight. I don't think I have inordinately large ankles, but these cut little marks on me each day. The only other thing someone might have a concern with is how they look. I don't really think this is an issue. I only care that they keep my feet warm, but they do look quite potato like. All in all they are very good, comfy, and warm slippers.

Excellent Purchase This is the second pair that I have purchased in 5 years. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight due to the down filling. I wear these booties around my house all the time since I live in a cold climate. They are also great for camping!!! The keep your toes cozy on those chilly nights.

quite warm It didn't feel warm at the beginning because the bottom of the booties feels plasticey and is not something you'd feel under your feet normally. The plastic band inside didn't feel right at the beginning...but then all is justified after a night of warming up and so I'd still give it a 4 star.

Toasty Toes!! I was looking for a down bootie to use with my sleeping bag on backpacking trips in the Sierra Nevada high country. I opted for the bootie with the sole so that I wouldn't have to pull on my heavy boots for middle of the night trips from the tent. Although I haven't had a chance to use them in the high country yet, I'm using them at home and find that they are very light and comfortable. Like another reviewer said " little clouds of warmth for your feet". I'm very happy with my purchase.

Back for more!! My husband bought me a pair for x-mas, he also bought me a very beautiful diamond watch! Although I love the watch, I can't really wear it everyday. Where as my booties! I practically do! I wear them practically everywhere, and have had quite a few comments and looks. I hope I can start a new fad! They are so comfy and not to hot, but keep my feet cozy! They are comfortable and something I can wear all day without my feet feeling sore
In fact that is why I'm at this site, to order another pair! I hope they will be something that I will be able to continue ordering years down the road!
I think I will get my husband a pair while I'm ordering myself a pair! We can start a new fad together!

Walking on Air The second I tried these on I fell in love with them- incredibly comfortable, warm and the colors are great. I wear a size 7/7.5 and the Mediums fit me perfectly. If you're between an 8 or a 9, definitely go with a Large!

warm puffy and light I purchased the men's and woman's down booties. They are big and puffy, almost silly looking. However they are very warm and light. My wife and I were wearing these booties at a bed and breakfast log cabin. The wood stove was just getting stoked and the temperature was 42degrees F. My wife and I were the only people at the dining table with warm toasty feet. The fake macho guys even stopped laughing at my puffy booties when I let them put their hands inside my booties just to see how warm they really are. Just like North Face mittens for your feet.

Very Warm but can't walk in them My husband just got me these for Christmas. While these booties are very warm and lightweight, I really can't walk around in them. Maybe it's because my feet are flat but these booties offer no support at all. I wear a 8.5 - 9 shoe so I ordered the large booties, they seem way too big though. My feet just slide around in the bootie even when the drawcord is pulled tight. To bad because they would be perfect otherwise. I can still use them but I won't be walking around with them too much.

After 14 years, I'm ordering another pair! I received these slippers as a gift 14 years ago and have loved them. After heavy indoor and light outdoor use, the soles are finally wearing out and I'm ordering another pair. Extremely warm and cozy! I also like the thick soles which provide great cushioning for my feet.
