Im very satisfied with this purchase. Down vests are ideal for spring/fall outdoor activities. This vest is surprisingly warm and doesnt have the bulk you would expect (i.e. doesnt make you look like the Pillsbury dough boy). I am 61 200 pounds and the L fits snug but comfortable.

i just bought this vest in black and i love it. it is perfect for cold weather, but doesn't make your body too hot like a big jacket. perfect for layering, my favorite to wear it over a sweatshirt. a great value to. 4 stars. no to mention the north face name brand so you know its going to last!

I ordered the vest in black and when i received it i was just a little disappointed. The black was not as black as I thought it would be more of a dark charcoal . The vest is stylish and comfortable. It fit great and the material was comfortable. Great for the Fall.

I ordered the empire blue and was satisfied with it. Compared to other insulated vest, this one does not make you look stuffed. This vest is good for chilly weather, but wouldn't be sufficient to keep you warm in freezing temperatures. Good fall/spring wear.

I ordered the vest in empire blue and was slightly disappointed that the one that came was not the one in the picture. The Grey is darker(almost black) than it appears and the zipper is blue, not Grey. Other than that, nice fit, nice quality, great for approaches, zips into my shell. Great for camp while cooling down from a climb.
