I bought this coat for my daughter without knowing too much about it or altrec.com. I'm happy to say that service was excellent, and my daughter is very happy with the coat. The only negative comment I have is that the colors represented in the picture didn't totally match the coat itself. For example, I bought the Brownie/Brown coat in which the picture displayed the inner coat being a Green/Olive color, when in fact it was Brown too. The coat also had a pink hood lining and pink stitching that was not visible in the photo. In any regards, we liked what we got better than what the picture showed, so no complaints. I recommend this company and would do business with them again....Go Ravens!
