I bought this to wear under my North Face ski jacket(shell). Where we ski is a special kind of windy place, though temps don't get below zero all that often. My husband's WINDSTOPPER has served him extremely well...and I had gear envy. The sizing on this is excellent and very flattering. I am curvy, busty and this flatters without being too tight...very rare. My arms and shoulders have excellent freedom of motion. The WINDSTOPPER is so effective, that I can see wearing it alone with a powerstretch fleece underneath. What I like best is it's light enough to wear on errands...it blocks the cold & wind, but doesn't overheat me in the store. AN EXCELLENT addition to my gear stash. Only "complaint" is the drawcord plastic thingy on the back of the hood will not likely fit under my ski helmet. On brutal days, have a thin hood under the helmet is the best. I may just have to cut it off.
